Winch
The winch that we designed and built is the most advanced, reliable and technologically advanced servo control for radio-controlled sailboats on the market today.
We looked far and we are not compromises: high tech plastics, carbon fiber reinforced gears, ball bearings
on all moving parts, output drum large bearing for maximum reliability, electronic microprocessor High SoC speed, magnetic encoder microprocessor-based high-resolution in substitution of the potentiometer and, for versions brushless, microprocessor ASIC motor control.

All winches have as standard equipment the innovative, microprocessor high-resolution magnetic encoder and programming interface ProCard™ with LCD.
The gears are made of high-tech polymer CarbonHF™ reinforced with carbon fiber, fully on ball bearings.
All winches have as standard equipment the Double System Drum™ that allows you to use either as Standard Drum or as Self Tension-ing Drum.

Standard equipment:
- Winch Encoder System™, complete with battery cables (1 mm2 - 17 AWG - length 300 mm), radio control cable with pins compatible with Graupner Tx-Rx - JR - Futaba - Hitec (length 300 mm), power wire with bridge (length 300 mm), prepared for control switch (optional). Double System Drum™ Ø 32 mm with washer and stainless steel button head cap screws M3x20 TBEI, spring for right rotation, left rotation spring, locking pins.
- The special Double System Drum™ diameter 32 mm allows its use both as Self Tensioning Drum (drum which allows to tighten the winch pull sheet without com-pensation spring) and as Standard Drum (drum without self-tensioning springs).
- Hull monting stainless steel button head cap screws M3x10 with washer.
- Bridge.
- USB pen containing the user manual and maintenance, spare parts drawing, mounting templates, warranty and various technical documents.
- Quick access manual.
- Standard programming interface ProCard™ that allows editing or viewing of standard parameters stored directly to allow the immediate use on the boat.
